Privacy Policy

VisaPhoto ("we," "us") processes photos to produce government-compliant passport, visa, and ID photos. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

The photo you upload, the document type and destination country you select, your email address for order delivery, and payment details, which are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Your photo is used solely to generate your compliant output image and the compliance report shown before checkout. It is never used to train machine learning models, sold, or shared with third parties other than the processing infrastructure required to generate your order.

Uploaded photos and generated outputs are encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted on a fixed schedule — not kept indefinitely, and not tied to whether you complete a purchase:

• Your original uploaded photo: deleted within 24 hours of upload.
• The compliance preview generated from it: deleted within 48 hours.
• If you purchase an output, the final photo and your download link stay available for 7 days, then are permanently deleted along with the order record.

We don't offer an option to retain a photo longer than this.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, request early deletion of an uploaded photo before the 24-hour window elapses, or close your account at any time by contacting us.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and notify active customers by email.
