Our guarantee
If a government authority rejects a photo produced by VisaPhoto specifically because it doesn't meet that authority's published photo specification, send us the rejection notice and we'll refund your order in full.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@visaphoto.example with your order number and the rejection notice from the issuing authority. We review every request individually.
What's covered
Rejections caused by the photo itself: sizing, background, head position, lighting, expression, or resolution issues in the file we delivered.
What's not covered
Rejections unrelated to the photo — an incomplete application, an expired document, incorrect personal details, or a country/document type selected incorrectly at checkout — aren't covered by this guarantee.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
