Terms of Service

By uploading a photo or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

VisaPhoto processes an uploaded photo against the published photo specification of the document type and destination country you select, and returns a digital file and a printable sheet along with a compliance report.

We validate your photo against the specification as published by the relevant authority at the time of your order. Final acceptance is always at the discretion of that authority. See our Refund Policy for what happens if an order is rejected.

You're responsible for selecting the correct document type and destination country, and for confirming that the person in the photo is the applicant. Uploading a photo you don't have the right to use is a violation of these terms.

Orders are paid in full before your files are released for download. Pricing is shown before checkout and does not change after payment for that order.

You retain ownership of your uploaded photo. We retain ownership of the VisaPhoto service, software, and compliance rule sets used to process it.

VisaPhoto's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
